Ron Flores

General Manager

 

 

Ron started in the concrete tilt-up industry in 1977 when he was 18 years old, employed as a carpenter for ARM Construction,  a concrete contractor specializing in concrete tilt-up construction.

 

In 1981 he was awarded the title of foreman / superintendent and started running work with a full crew. "Along with these new responsibilities came the challenges and excitement of completing a project from the start", says Ron.

 

In 1998 he joined the Hakanson team and continued to build projects on an even larger scale. He says he finds "great satisfaction in working for a company that strives to build the highest quality buildings," and "looks forward to the future of the tilt-up industry as it continues to improve due to new techniques, designs and products in this ever changing market."

 

In 2018 Ron was promoted to general manager. His valuable field experience helps Hakanson Construction work closely with owners, architects, and general contractors to build a more efficient job.
